hyper 212 evo enough for 4.5Ghz?

I'm sure this is a question asked 200 times per day but here goes nothing. I have got an i5-4690k and i would like to go to 4.5Ghz with it. Problem is, i'm not sure if my 212 evo is up to the task. I would like the temps to not just be safe, but be a little below that so my room doesnt get too warm. Will the 212 keep my cpu at a decent temp?

You should be able to get close to it , considering it already has a boost speed of 3.9ghz.

Ive got it at 4.0 right now and the temperature 'redline' so to speak is about 58 right now. So maybe 4.3-4.4?

That would be about right for the EVO 4.3 ish.

i reached around 4.72ghz at 1.325v max temp of 75degrees with i5 6400. it is possible for you to reach around 4.4ghz range. just increase frequency with small increments. if tempature allows but voltage does not, increase voltage slowly that allows you to run desired frequency. you can do it until you reach your max temp in a stable run.
