Hyper 212 Evo Fan not spinning even when set to full speed

I've had my CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo for around 18 months now, and when I first installed it it worked perfectly. More recently I've noticed my CPU was getting to 80+ degrees Celsius when playing games, which I don't want, so opened up my PC case to find my CPU fan wasn't spinning at all. Did some research and found going in the BIOS and changing the CPU fan setting from "manual" to "full speed" often did the job, but I tried that to no avail. Just wondering if there's anything else I can do before I need to try it in other fan headers, as they are all my other ones are being used for case fans that spin fine. (Mobo: Gigabyte Z97P-D3, CPU: i5-4690k).

you fan could be out try to use another fan on the cooler dont leave cpu fan header empty for the test .
