Hyper 212 evo install

(Sorry for my bad english) Ok so I am getting soon a hyper 212 evo and I have a question. At the moment I have the stock fan installed (amd stock fan) and once I remove it do I need to install the backplate that comes with the hyper 212 evo because i have the backplate installed (the one that goes with the stock fan) or I can just mount the hyper 212 evo without installing the backplate to the mobo that comes with it and keep the stock one?

Yes the 212 EVO has a custom backplate but keep your original backplate for the MB as I upgraded as it got a bit noisy and Noctura needed the factory plate :S , have fun btw it's a pain to put on tbh. Also you need to clean the thermal paste off the CPU. Buy the artic CPU cleaner or whatever its called

Yes use the backplate that comes in the box as its recommended by collermaster

Your Heatsink might not get good contact with the cpu which canl cause temperature problems
