Hyper 212 Evo - p8z77 Pro - i7 2600k - quick question!

I have a P8z77-Pro Thunderbolt Mobo, intel i7 2600K and 4 x 4gb corsair vengeance ram. I want to install the Hyper 212 Evo cpu cooler, but I'm not 100% that it will fit.

I have searched online for awhile, I asked corsair and cooler master and they didn't know for sure.

I'm hoping someone here knows from experience if I can install the Hyper 212 evo without any problems from my corsair vengeance ram. Or maybe I can take the heat sink off the objecting ram?

I'm gonna give this thread one more bump, I hope someone knows! Asus, Cooler Master and hyper 212 eve website customer support didn't have an answer.

I was told that I would have 37mm clearance, does anyone know how tall the ram (corsair vengeance 1600 4gb stick) would be in my p8z-77-pro thunderbolt mobo? I have no way of measuring it, and all the sales pages of the ram won't specify that info.
