i was removing the fan to clean it and the heat sink turned and i turned it back.temps still seam fine about 30 to 35c idle and 50 to 55 c load using prime95( i7 3770k stock).should i reapply the thermal paste or will it be fine

As long as your temps are fine.

I would recommend using thermal paste.
