Hyper 212 EVO vs Hyper 212 LED

I want to know if the Hyper 212 LED is literally the same exact cooler as the 212 EVO, but with LEDs. DO they have the same performance?

AS far as I know, the only difference besides the LEDs, is a better heat sink and improved mounting with the 212 LED. I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference, but if you could, the 212 LED would be a tiny improvement. They both have the same number of and size of pipes. Same fan, same radiator...
