hi, just making sure this heatsink will all fit nice and snug in my rig

components are:

p8z77 v pro
corsair 500r case
gtx670
8gig ram

What exact RAM do you have?? but it should not be an issue with 99% of the RAM out there...

It should fit but you should specify your ram. Hopefully you didn't fall for those massive heatsink ram modules that serve next to no purpose if not overclocking.

i have the kingston hyper x =)

Should be perfectly fine with the Hyper X as those heatsinks don't extend upwards and as a result wont interfere with the CPU heatsink.
