Hyper 212 led dual fans so loud. Can i fix with using case fans?

So my cpu fans so loud af well not loud buy annoying as hell to listen to. I have dual fans on my cpu heat sync.

I have an NZXT S340 Elite case should i just take out my 2 NZXT case fans an put them on my CPU heat sync.

My current cpu heat sync is a cooler master hyper 212 led with dual led fans.

Do you think the NZXT case fans are worth having on my heat sync do you guys think they'll be quieter?

Are the fans the ones that came with the cooler? How do you have them hooked up to the motherboard?
The EVOs fans are actually pretty decent, so they may be running at max speed.

See how fast they are running in the BIOS and maybe consider turning them down.

Wow im so stupid should of done in first place. But what kind of cooler you guys recommend for overclocking and is dead silent.

I still think these hyper 212 still loud you guys think the case fans may be better tho?

The 212 should not really be all that loud.
The Cryorig H7 is a good budget option, then there are larger air cooler like some noctua models.

Thermalright True Spirit / Macho series is quiet and potent and usually half the price of a Noctua.

However the 212 is usually not that loud and at full speed you will be able to hear any CPU cooler
