hyper 212 screws don't fit my motherboard

I hae an asus prime b350 board, and hyper 212 evo, but the screws don't fit into my motherboard, any idea why?

no, the bracket I have is the Cross bracket that came with the cooler.

that's the one yes, but, the back plate on my B350 doesn't come off, so I need to get standoffs to fit in the holes probing through my motherboard to fit the cooler onto.

I've seen that video, but where do i get the other bracket from? and how much it cost? you any idea? Thanks by the way

By now, they are supposed to be already included with the cooler. I guess you got older unit that spent some time on the shelves and that's why it does not have correct bracket. You should contact Cooler Master customer support, I think they should send you one, for free (as it's supposed to be included) - at least that should be fair. Otherwise, my first post has the link (where it costs 1$).
