hyper 212 super cooler

tried to fit hyper 212 evo super cooler to my asrock 970 pro 3 board but the fitting srews are too thick. can i change the backplate? and if so where do i get one from

It is better you find some screws that fit and not straightaway go to add a backplate, antsy way you can get them at frozencpu.com
