According to Cooler Master's page about the cooler (http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/Hyper-612-ver2/) it is 160.4mm tall. For the sake of this post, I'll round that up to 161.
If you want plenty of clearance then you'll need a larger case. The Phanteks Enthoo Evolv supports up to 190mm coolers and is a great case to build in.
If you don't want that case, then do some research into larger cases and look for the "clearance" section in the specs to see how large of an air cooler they will support.

What is your current case?
What cpu do you need to cool?
Are you using another cooler now?
Is your motherboard M-ATX or ATX?
Is your case currently doing the job?
I suspect you might have the cart before the horse.
It will be cheaper to buy a new cooler than it is to buy a new case.
