So I overclocked my fx 6300 to 4.0 ghz with stock voltage settings. Quiet and cool disable.

My idle temperature is 36-37 degrees celsius for the CPU and was wondering if that is normal.

For people with the hyper evo 212 paried with fx 6300, what are your temperature?

I have a Amd fx 8350 125w thermal disapation processer (tdp)125w and yes i have the hyper evo 212. i run overclocked and rather high voltages to keep everything stable. my temps run 40c at idle and high end gameing 3d it can get into low 60 c's. but the 8350 runs hot as it is and im borderline for a water cooling at this point. there just isnt anything on air cooling better than the evo 212 if any of substantial gains. i also run mine as a push pull setup. so for air cooling running over clocked with high volts you cant beet the hyper 212 evo..

but it takes super intensive games to get it heated that high and im ok with those temps i run. games like bf4, planetside2 and firefall are basically the ones that really can stress out your...

max it will go after 45 mins is 52 degrees c
