Hyper M.2 X4 PCI-E Mini Adapter Card & Dell Precision T3600

I have a Dell Precision T3600 Workstation Specs here.

I am looking to add a Hyper M.2 X4 PCI-E Mini Adapter Card with a Western Digital Black SSD PCIe 256GB 256GB M.2 PCI Express 3.0.

Obviously I want to be able to boot from the SSD and want to confirm that this is possible.

Also, would I be better off just getting a regular SATA SSD like the WD BLUE 3D NAND SATA SSD?

Somebody might be able to help.

Only the T3620 supports NVMe or PCIe Booting. If you have the T3600/T3610 get a regular SSD.
