Hyper N620 vs Prolimatech Megahalems

How does CoolerMaster Hyper N620 compared to the well known Prolimatech Megahalems?

It would pretty much be a no-contest in favor of the Megahalems, provided you are into overclocking.

but otherwise on stock, both would be within a few degrees of each other
