Hyper Transport

Hey guys, my system has HT at 2000mhz but the boards max says its 5000 or so and the cpu says it can run at 4000mhz

Can i just change the HT to 4000 and call it a day or what?

Phenom II X2 560 oc 4ghz (1.53v)
Gskill ddr3 1066 4gb
ASUS m4n75td
raid max 530psu

as i read more and more it seems pointless to go further than 2000mhz due to it not being saturated.

but what about northbridge speed?
