Question Hyper V Networking

I received a update for windows 10 and since then my virtual network adapter is not working properly I now have no access to my hyper V server. I have to run from console. I have important files I need off of it. So did I miss something

Is this windows 10 Pro? it won't work in Home - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/virtualization/hyper-v-on-windows/quick-start/enable-hyper-v

So i have messed with the Virtual Network Manager and managed to get an internal network between the host and the remote computer to connect so I am able to obtain my files but when I try to make and external network it just doesnt work. I tried creating and tweaking the network settings but still no luck. Also I reinstalled ubuntu server on my virtual computer and still having the same issue so I believe it to be a windows update that changed the permissions on creating networks. Just a guess. Has to be windows side though.
