Hyper-v server 2012

Well that's the default menu for first configuration for a Core installation of WS2012. Simply choose 14 to get into the command-line.

Now I guess you maybe want to use WS2012 with a GUI? in that case you need to add the GUI feature, you can follow this guide:

http://www.howtogeek.com/111967/how-to-turn-the-gui-off-and-on-in-windows-server-2012/

Go almost to the end of it and do the part titled "GUI on with Powershell"

If you run into issues take this solution:

Hyper-V Server 2012 is a reduced WS 2012 with only Hyper-V functionality, you should still be able to install the GUI feature if you want a graphical interface, other than that simply choose the last option to manage your Hyper-V via command-line which is the way you have it installed right now.
