Hyper x Cloud 2 mic

Hey, i have a problem where the mic on my cloud 2's is barerly working when connected through usb. and by barerly i mean that is has to be at a certain angle in the jack port and if I turn it it stops working and it also makes popping sound sometimes 🙁

Contact Kingston and request an RMA, they are good about responding to issues regarding the cloud IIs. I had a USB soundcard issue at launch (I pre-ordered) and its been fixed since (they use a new card now), and my friend had the same popping issue. Got a new set of Cloud IIs from kingston.
Another option if you dont want to RMA is a modmic.
