Question Hyper X Cloud II Headset Issue

Hi,

I purchased the Hyper X Cloud II Gaming Headset earlier today, set it all up, however my PC isn't recognising the Headset (isn't showing up in playback devices) and I cannot hear any sound. I have it connected to my PC with the USB Dongle into the back of my motherboard.

The headset is showing up in the Device Manager as ''Other Devices'' and it has a yellow triangle next to it. It shows an update is available, however when I try to update it then says that ''windows encountered an error whilst installing the drivers for your device''

''Windows found drivers for your device, but found an error whilst attempting to install them''

I have tried the Headset in a secondary PC and it is working perfectly fine, it shows the headset in playback devices and the sound works, so it's just an issue with my PC.

I have tried deleting the USB audio Driver and restarting the PC but it re installs itself and stays in the same state that it's in.

Any help regarding this would be very much appreciated!
