Hyper X Cloud II Volume Mixer Issue?

Why do all my sounds on the volume mixer in Windows keep moving randomly up and down. I've tried everything but nothing works. I tried reinstalling audio drivers, etc. Is this something to do with the headset I have (Hyper X Cloud) ? or is it a Windows issue?

What version of Windows are you running?

Are you sure that there are not some "equalizer" like settings that automatically adjust - e.g. volume?

Update your post to include more detail about what is happening. What is actually changing and by how much?
