[SOLVED] Hyper-x pulsefire raid side buttons.

Hi!

Recently purchased a Hyper-x pulsefire raid mouse.

my issue is the side buttons... the two top side buttons when pressed are volume up/down and the the bigger side button towards the front of the mouse is set to mute/unmute... when i try to assign them on a game like modernwarfare it wont let me.

The two lower side buttons work fine and can set them to whatever i want in game.

Just wondering if anyone knows why this is? i cant seem to fix it on the ngenuity software or i cant find a way to stop those buttons being used for volume up/down and mute/unmute.

any help would be great 😊 im no expert with this kind of stuff

Issue with those is that they are not seen as "mouse buttons" to games, you need to set them in the hyperx mouse software to some type of key press then assign that key press in the game, say Ctl + Q and set Ctl Q in the game to do what you want. My son had the same issue with this mouse and this is how I got him working with it.
