you can't, the chip does not allow you to turn on the hyperthreading(it is locked out). So the only way for you to get it is by buying a new cpu. For that board I would say the 3.06 would be your best bet, since the "c" cpu use 200fsb while your board uses 133. Not to say that your board can't handle 200fsb, but you would have to get better ram that can handle 400mhz. It sucks I am in the same boat.
