HyperX 1600 and Asus bios

Helloo

I have 4x4gb HyperX Performance, Kingston 1600 DDR3 CL9 memories but cannot boot system with them.
Operation system is win 7 pro 64bit.
I need correct bios settings for my motherboard: Asus M4a77TD PRO.
Current memories in use are Transcend 2x3gb DDR 3 ,1333 CL9

AMD Athlon II x4 630, 2.8GHZ.

Somehow I manage to boot windows sith 9-9-9-27 settings 1t and 1,7V , 1600. Windows seem to be unstable, restarting itself sometimes...
Not sure is it possible to make these memories at all stable in this motherboard.
