HyperX Cloud 2 mic snap..

My hyperX cloud 2 mic snapped for some reason . I dont know if this is normal . Ive been using it for quite a while and have never thrown it , dropped it or done anything to spoil it or damage it in anyway .Any ideas on what i should do?

What exactly snapped? Can you post a picture?
Either way, I will direct you to Kingston Support for an RMA if its in warranty, if not there are some other option (though these cost money)

Buy a new headset or RMA if you can, if its snapped its snapped.
The cloud II revolver is a great headset for the price and is pretty much a small step up for better audio quality.

Buy a new microphone. It just plugs in with a standard jack
