HyperX Cloud 2 Mic Tooo low

I recently bought a cloud 2 since my kraken broke and my friends have been saying that my voice is too low when my microphone is literally next to my mouth i tried re-installing the drivers and no luck there i can't adjust the levels for the headset in the recordings tab for microphone boost i looked at all the possible solutions on the web so far if anyone has a fix i would appreciate it

The mic is bad. Contact HyperX about it and they will send you a new mic
