Question Hyperx cloud alpha S not recognized unless unplugged and re plugged

I've tried every single solution regarding updating bios and drivers and even windows, it doesn't work unless i unplugged and re plugged the usb cable... anyone can help?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Does the Hperrx headset work correctly on another known working computer? Or some other known working audio device?

Do other known working headsets work on your computer?

Determine if the problem follows the headset or stays with your computer.

I believe the problem is with my windows/drivers as it works on my laptop perfectly and it works perfectly when unplugged and plugged again on my pc
and I had a redragon h510 zeus2 usb headset before buying this and it worked perfectly, as well as my samson studio monitors.
everything works perfectly

b450m ds3h v2 gigabyte
gtx 1660 super
32gb ram 3200mhz
