HyperX Cloud and Sennheiser

So i've been using a pair of Sennheiser HD 201 with a Zalman mic with my pc, but now I saw that the store I usually buy pc stuff from has some HyperX Cloud on sale. Considering that I'm using the motherboard audio (ASROCK 980DE3/U3s3 R2.0), will I notice a big improvement in sound quality?

I've never used the Sennheiser HD 201 so can't speak for Its audio quality, but the HyperX Cloud is a decent choice for most on-board audio chips. Should be fine.
