[SOLVED] HyperX Cloud II really high volume

Hi, a few days ago I bought a pair of HyperX Cloud IIs after my old headset broke. As the title says, the volume on them is really high. Im using windows 10 and I have their volume set to 60. In the volume mixer I set chrome to something around 10 and while I watch youtube I have to lower the volume of the video to near the minimum because otherwise it's really loud. Is this normal behaviour?

Im using the headset with the mic and its plugged in with the usb controller and when I use the volume keys it changes the windows volume.

60 in Windows is pretty high, I don't use my headsets at home with USB but my work headset that is USB is very loud at past 10 or 20. Just lower the volume level.
