Hyperx cloud II usb dongle broke (control box)

If my control box broke can I still play in 7.1? And will kingston replace the broken part? thx for the help!

Without the Usb Dongle, it will only play Stereo. And to use the mic, you will need a splitter.
Kingston will replace it if still in Warranty and you havent damaged it.
If YOU broke it, you can still get a new one from Kingston allthough you might have to pay for it.
Speak to Kingston. Their support is very good.
