HyperX Cloud Stinger Reversed Audio

While gaming on steam games such as rust or cs go, the cloud stinger that I have recently purchased reverses the audio. So that the footsteps that are behind me sound like they are in front of me and this constantly makes me turn to the wrong direction and therefore lose in pvp. I have tried uninstallin sound drivers and installing new drivers, I have tried using my old crappy microsoft headset which does work. I have also tried sound tests and can assure that the audio from both R and L work fine but I don't know if this changes once a game is launched

Tried using a different splitter and that did not fix the issue 🙁

Contacted HyperX support about the issue, they gave 2 options:

1. Wait till they fix the issue and test for the issue

2. Get a replacement at the point of purchase

I chose to get a replacement and I will update on whether the issue persists with the replacement
