Question HyperX DuoCast level sliders stuck?

I recently got a DuoCast but when I tried to set it up, my friends told me my mic was quiet. I went to adjust the volume but the level slider in control panel is stuck at 0 db, while in windows settings it’s stuck at 100. When I use the test feature in windows settings, I am only getting 1-5% total volume even when yelling. I have tried everything to fix it. I searched for hours trying to get a solution. I even used quick assist with a Microsoft agent who helped me update all my USB, Audio, and Mic drivers. I’ve tried updating the firmware, even a fresh windows install. Nothing is letting me adjust the volume of the mic. I tried posting on different subreddits with 0 solutions. Can anyone help me?
