Question Hyperx Fury 3200mhz don´t working with asus prime x370 pro?

I bought a ryzen 1700 with 16gb ram of Kingston hyperx Fury 2x8 and a motherboard prime x370 pro and my problem is that the pc does not want to turn on, after several attempts to remove and put the ram, I managed to turn on, and when unplugging did not turn on again (Everything is new)
When I managed to turn on, I tried to put the ram in XMP at 3200mhz and it would throw me blue screen

I think it's the ram's problem with the motherboard, because when I manage to turn it on, everything goes very well
