Kingston HyperX Fury HX432C18FB/16 memory delivers 3200MT/s with CL18-21-21 @1.2V out of the box!
Both with JEDEC settings and the XMP-Profile #1.
So how can this be?
Any 9th Gen Intel motherboard supports memory frequencies between DDR4-2133 to DDR4-2666.
Anything above that is supported through overclock only!

So how did Kingston do it without increasing the voltage, at JEDEC specs?

EDEC/XMP TIMING PARAMETERS:

• JEDEC/PnP: DDR4-3200 CL18-21-21 @1.2V
•XMP Profile #1: DDR4-3200 CL18-21-21 @1.2V
•XMP Profile #2: DDR4-2933 CL17-19-19 @1.2

You can call Kingston them and ask," how did they do it without increasing the voltage, at JEDEC specs.". I'd say it's in the chips.
