the red cover just took off and drop in the case while gaming, i suppose it was for the heat the glue didn't hold but, i just want to know what can i use to stick the cover at the memory again without retaining heat and cause some damage

You can use self adhesive thermal paste.
I have also read where people have been using a small drop of LocTite thread locker.
