hello guys i just bought hyper x cloud stinger headset i saw reviews all said its very good but when i tried it sound sucks and very low is there any software i should download or settings i should do?

What are they connected too, if motherboard which motherboard? Is it music or gaming you are listening too?

its connected to B350D3H MOTHERBOARD and i was playing pubg mobile on emulator

Then try another sound source like YouTube or an high quality MP3. An emulator may be running a really low bit rate.

its fine on other sources but i cant even test the 7.1 surround sound on sound settings because when i click on middle left and right speakers and rear ones they dont make any sound just the upper left and right make sound

What software are you using to emulate 7.1? I know Windows has something but personally I prefer stereo.

i am not using any software i was testing the 7.1 surround in the sound settings

That would be a problem. Any headset that is 2 drivers using a 3.5mm socket needs some form of software emulation.

That's a stereo headset so that's why 7.1 surround sound doesn't work.
