HyperX Overclocking dillema!!!!

I've a 1 stick of 8 gb Kingston hyperX BLU 1600 mhz with timings of 10-10-10 as stated on the official website
http://www.kingston.com/en/memory/hyperx/blu

but cpu-z is showing timings as 9.0-9-9-24-40

so is this healthy?

If it is stable then you are good. I suggest you run MemTese or reliable memory test programm that you know and check the results.

If you have not gone into your BIOS to select the XMP profile or changing the DRAM timings for 1600MHz than it will remain at the JEDEC standard. I'm amazed to see that even in forums Kingston offers help besides I'm from India and do you have similar assistance in here? i've asus motherboard and have selected the DOCP profile which automatically set the frequency to 1600 mhz and timings as below:-
CL- 9
tRCD- 9
tRP-9
tRAS-24
tRC- 40

can the timings be made better?
