Hi there!
I'm building a new system based on the Ryzen 2600X with a Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO.
When choosing RAM in my local web store I went for the HyperX Predator DDR4 8GB 3200MHz CL16 DIMM (Kit of 2x4Gb), which for 85,90€ I think it's a great deal!
But then I checked the mobo QVL list and the ones listed are the 16 and 32Gb versions of HyperX Predator.
My question is, knowing that the QVL is only a reference (but a very trustworthy one), will I run into problems with this setup? Even if the difference is in the quantity of memory and not even the "version" or brand of it?
The 8Gb (kit of 2) 3000Mhz version is also available for 1€ less and it's listed on the QVL, but for 1€ I'd really prefer to go for the 3200Mhz obviously.
Thanks for reading!
