HyperX Predator with Bios Issues

Hello, I've recently upgraded to a Crosshair 5 Formula-Z board and 9370 Chip. I've been trying to get my PCIE Hyperx Predator to be my "gaming only" SSD drive instead of my main C: drive. The Predator has Win10 installed on it. If it's plugged in I cannot boot from my CD ROM or SSD's. The bios doesn't see it. If I unplug my Predator and reboot my system I can now see both of my normal SSD drives and my CD ROM but I cannot plug in the Predator later and have windows 7 see it. Apparently it only reads for new drives on a reboot?

I'm using the latest bios for my CH5FZ mobo (bios 2201) and all my drivers are updated. My Predator has Firmware Revision OC34L5TP – 11/16/15 installed.

I've had a windows 10 mishap which is why I wish to go back and re-install windows 7 off the Predator and on a normal SSD drive, therefore switching the boot up drive. This has been accomplished and I'm now booting from a SSD. The problem is Windows wont acknowledge the Predator unless it was plugged in at reboot. If its plugged in at Reboot it then loads Win 10. Its been over a month so I cannot have win10 revert back to win 7 which would be pointless anyway because I don't want Windows on the Predator...

Does anyone know a "trick" to allowing the other SSD's or CD ROM to show in bios boot up settings while the Predator is plugged in? I think there might be an issue between the Asus 990 chip set and the Predator. Kingston has hinted there might be but won't come right out and admit it. They just say something about updating the firmware but there's seems to be no time frame or urgency for this. If I ask more specific questions they just don't answer.

Right now my Predator PCIE drive sits there unplugged. I need its 240G for more software.

Thanks! Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Yeah, I figured and that's how I usually do it. I think I changed some things due to the windows 10 upgrade. But even when I originally got the Predator it still forced me to put windows 7 on it. I couldn't boot up from my windows 7 SSD when i first installed it. The bios rewrote itself to ignore my 2 SSD drives , 2 HDD drives and only gave me CD rom boot or Flash drive choices. After I installed Win7 on the Predator and it first booted then it saw all my SSD's and HDD's and installed drivers. but I still couldn't boot from them while predator was plugged in.

At this point I only wish to Format the Predator and start over but you can't format a drive you can't see and DOS has no way to start anymore before windows boots.

Finally got a new USB stick and installed ubuntu on it. With this I was able to format the Predator X drive. This did not change the fact that I could not boot from bios or even see my SSD drives or CD rom.

I then installed ubuntu on my Predator X drive. I then rebooted the computer to try to rewrite my MBR so I could see my SSD drives or CD rom drive with the Predator X drive plugged in. After the reboot I went back into bios to select SSD for my Win7 OS. Bois would Still not show anything to boot from in bios other than the Predator X or the Flash Drive.

I turned the computer off and uninstalled the Predator X drive. When I powered up and went into bios; it now shows both my SSD's and my CD Rom.

I'm stumped.

I've checked all settings. When the PredX is plugged in there are only 2 choices: PredX or Flash Drive.

When Pred X is unplugged I have : SSD 60G, SSD 120G, CD rom, and Flash Drive as choice for first boot option.
