Hyperx ram problem

Hi! My PC has 8gb RAM, but now the Windows is showing me only 4. When I try to reconnect the RAM stick motherboard, it makes a "beep" sound that doesn't stop, not booting and with only one RAM stick it starts normally. I own two 4gb hyper x furry ddr 4 RAM sticks. I've been having them since last year and they have been having this problem since last week.
