HyperX Savage ram not going further than 1600mhz

Hello there my barely purcheased ram doesnt go above 1600mhz, even with setting the d.o.c.p profile to 2400mhz/2133mhz not working. (also when i've set the ram to the 1st profile the 2400mhz one windows woudnt detect the secound stick of ram still at 1600mhz trough). Any help in setting it up would be apreciated

Cpu: AMD A6-6400k
MB: A88XM-A
Ram: HX324C11SRK2/8 (HyperX Savage 2x4GB Kit)

Try raising the CPU/NB voltage to 1.25, then enable DOCP and try at 2133

Any clue how to actualy increase the voltage?
I tryed increasing the capability to 110% and 120% but it didnt fix the problem.

Change XMP profile to #1 first and try, then try raising the VDDNB instear of CPU/NB (to 1.25)
