[SOLVED] hypothetical overclocking question

Hey everyone. I just watched a youtube video of a CPU overclocked to 5 Ghz using liquid nitrogen, and a question entered my mind;

"If somehow we could keep everything perfectly cool in a system, and this system had a magical 'infinite wattage PSU', and the motherboard was capable, what would be the maximum we could overclock? Would the transistors be pushed so hard they'd blow out? Would every other part of the system be bottlenecked because the CPU demanded so much?"
