Hi guys, I'm from the Philippines and I'm planning on saving up on parts for my hypothetical PC build next year. I want your opinion on the parts I selected.

Budget of up to 60k PHP (around 1287 USD in today's exchange rate), not including OS, monitor and other peripherals.

I'm a novice builder (meaning haven't built any PCs yet) but I'm going to get this for myself as a graduation gift.

Would love your opinions on this!

Solution
There is no point in selecting parts at this point in time. Prices change, as does availability and new hardware gets released.
Plan it at most one month ahead, even then prices change.
That build is Great. But you need an Aftermarket Cooler for Overclocking that cpu. Get either Cryorig H7 or CM 212X EVO.

*** If you plan to Buy it next year, then before the Buy if the prices of 6th Gen i5+DDR4 ram+Z170 Gaming7 mobo prices drop down to same as Current Build, then get that.

I sort of agree here. Last year nVidia released the 900 family pretty early in the year, so we may have a whole bunch of new GPUs in a few months. We don't know how they will perform and how nVidia will price them.
