If you could wish for the cat lord at level one would you still get the
ring when chatting with him? I dont have any ability to test this. I
think wishing for him would generate him hostile no? or would it still
depend on if you killed any cats. what if you had him generated
friendly through a hacked catlord figurine of wonderous power.
