Hypothetical Watch_dogs setup

Currently, my computer is a HP Pavilion p6203w, with a GTX720ti FTW GPU, AMD Athlon II X2, and 4GB RAM. Now, before I make any moves on upgrading from this point, if I were to upgrade my CPU to the Athlon II X4, and increase my RAM to 6GB, how well would I be able to play Watch_Dogs? Can you suggest any other similar CPU's compatible with my mobo in a similar price range? If it's only going to get me barely playing the game, then I might as well keep my Xbox 360 preorder for it, and leave it be.

Here is the minimum requirements: OS: Windows Vista (SP2), Windows 7 (SP1) or Windows 8 (only 64 bit OSs.)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66Ghz or AMD Phenom II X4 940 @ 3.0Ghz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce GTX 460 or better
DirectX: Version 11
Hard Drive: 25 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c Compatible Sound Card with Latest Drivers

You should get an i5 intel or 6-8 cores from AMD for CPU. I also suggest a GTX 760 or 770 for GPU and you should be able to play it on high. Or just play it on your xbox :3.
