Hi,

I have purchased a webcam while we were in Chandigarh, around two years ago and it has been working very well until recently. Now we have shifted to Hyderabad and we've lost the drivers, receipt, etc., that are given with the webcam.

Since we do not know the model details of the webcam, I have attached a photo of the webcam herewith. Please send me the drivers of the same for the installation, since I have changed my system recently.

Sorry, but I would be posting links all day, without a model number.
You could run a utility SPECCY and get info for MOBO & hardware on your system, then search for driver.

You could also delete the device driver, reboot, and have windows install a driver (generic) which may work.
