Get in contact with eva from the european custmer service department, this person is the head of hyundai euro.

I got in contact with this person who is from germany (i am from the uk)by email, I never had a drivers cd and user manual, i recieved a new one personnally burned by eva, with a hand written letter of apology.

It also helps if you mention ur a reporter for a newspaper or somthing, this helped with me as i recieved a personnal reply try it out see if it works.

Very sorry to hear the poor poor service the canadian brothers get.

Thank you for your response.
I went to their web site and tried to find her email but she's not mentioned anywhere, they just list the contact details of the sales managers. I'll try to contact one of them.
You still have her email by any chance?
