I was going to buy a pc on eBay and upgrade it and found an i3 pc on an auction with no bids with 6 days left. After bidding I found out it was broke which was my fault I didn't pay much attention.im just trying to figure out if it's an easy fix or if I should file a bid cancel form.the seller says after 5 minutes of running fine the pc shows "bios error" and won't run,and that mechanics said it was perfectly fine.is this a cheap and easy fix or not worth my time?

"If" you get it for $10, then you will have gained a good learning tool for cheap. Doubtful $10 will be the winning bid, though.
Best case scenario is you need to reflash/update the bios and you're good to go.
Worst case scenario is you will have to buy a new motherboard. Depending on what type of i3 exactly that will cost you about $50.

Unless I get out bid my current is $1 my max being $10.i know it's not much but given that at worst I might have to pay $50 would it be worth keeping and fixing?im kinda new to messing with computers(i know a bit just no experience) so I'm just trying to figure out if it wasn't a good choice
