I accidentally bought a vga to av cable

I accidently bought a vga to at cable (the av cables on the out is a red, blue and green one), but I need av to vga, is there anyway to fix this, or am I just plugging it in wrong. I’m trying to hook an old NES up to a monster, appreciate the help.

if trying to connect the vga on pc to composite on tv.
