Question I accidentally extracted a huge file

Ok so i am not the best with computers abd extracted a huge file and i cant open file explorer can someone please help???

What kind of file? Was that an self-extracting EXE-file (executable file) ? Did you run a virus-scan on the file before you extracted/ran/executed it? Any error message? What did you do after "extracting"?

What do you mean by I can't open file explorer? Are you getting any type of issue while opening file explorer or crash? Try to include more clear details?
