Question I accidentally fell asleep with my PC running Cyberpunk 2077

So I've been playing Cyberpunk 2077 today and I left it on the pause menu (for some reason it still uses 80% of my 3080 and the fans were up at like 70% or so on the pause menu) whilst I went to make some food, I then watched some TV and ended up forgetting about it and fell asleep. Came back upstairs, PC is still on where I left it, fans still running at about 70% and my monitor had gone into automatic sleep. For some reason it just really bothers me and I'm worried that I might've caused some damage or something, is my concern rational or is this something completely and utterly pointless to be worried about and everything is fine? There is a Norwegian streamer called Virtual. He plays game called Trackmania on his streams. Guess what? He never turns his PC down, neither his game. It is always on. Always. 24/7 365 days. Even when he's not in Norway. And yet his PC is still fine.
